Family (Parent/Child) Classes
"Where we play to learn in the great outdoors!”

Join your 1.5 to 5 year old child(ren) in a series of weekly forest preschool classes. Your teacher will lead parents​ (or grandparents, nannies, etc.)​ and children in play based exploration, circle gatherings and hands on nature experiences. The forest is our classroom where children are able to engage all their senses.

Benefits of mixed age classes: Having multiple ages together allows for advanced interpersonal dynamics and a more cohesive community. Younger students are able to push their boundaries and knowledge while getting the modeling and support of older children who get to practice leadership skills, patience and delegating power.

*Siblings of all ages are welcome to attend

During PNWK Parent/Child classes, the adult’s role is to be a tool in their child’s exploration. We are here to assist in implementing plans, ask thought provoking questions and support their growth.
